Holiday & Scheduling Policy
- Eid and public holidays are included in the monthly fee.
- Unused class balance can be carried forward to the next month only.
- No refunds once your first regular class has taken place.
- If we cancel a class from our side, it is rescheduled at no cost to you.

Before Classes Start

After First Class
⚠️ No RefundOnce your first regular class has taken place, refunds for that month cannot be processed. Your balance may be transferred to the following month.
Our Fault? Your Credit
✅ We Fix ItIf Tasheel Quran cannot deliver your classes for any reason on our side, we will reschedule them or issue a full credit to your account.
If the refund transaction processing fee exceeds the refundable amount, we are unable to issue that refund. Class balance is transferable to the next month only — it cannot be accumulated over multiple months. Contact us directly for the fastest resolution on any refund query.

1When is the fee charged?
The fee is charged in advance — after you complete your free trial class and decide to enrol in regular classes. A one-time nominal registration fee applies for all new students.
2Are Eid and public holidays included in the fee?
Yes. Public holidays and Eid holidays are included in your monthly fee. No refunds or deductions are made for these days.
3Can I pause or reschedule my classes?
Yes. If you need to temporarily pause, your unused class balance can be carried forward to the next month only — it cannot be rolled over indefinitely. Rescheduling with reasonable notice is always welcome.
4Do you offer a family or sibling discount?
Yes! We offer special rates for families enrolling multiple students. We also support low-income families — please contact us directly and we will find a solution together, In-Shaa-Allah.
5What currencies can I pay in?
We accept USD, GBP, AUD, and CAD. If you are paying in a different currency, please contact us and we will provide you with a custom quote in your local currency.
6What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card, debit card, and bank transfer. All payments are processed securely. The fee is due in advance after your free trial class is completed.
